Founded in 1997, Grantley Properties Ltd was born out of Mukesh Parekh's vision, who arrived in the United Kingdom in 1972 as an Indian refugee from Uganda, having been forced to leave his comfortable life in Africa. His story is one of hard work and a single-minded tenacity to succeed in a country that offered a new opportunity with new dreams to be fulfilled.
Like many before him and others who followed, Mukesh made Croydon his home; built several successful businesses in the software industry, property development, hotel and catering, nursery facilities and provided social care services. He has lived for over 25 years in Croydon, with all four sons attending local schools and running his property and nursery businesses from Keeley Road for over 20 years.
Like many four-year-olds playing with Lego bricks will tell you, Mukesh's joy and passion have always been in building and construction, having developed numerous homes in Croydon from modest refurbishments to the proposed Keeley Heights re-development will be an iconic 25-story landmark in Croydon committed to 100% affordable housing for key workers; nurses, police officers, firefighters, careers and government workers. With an onsite nursery and allocated resident community areas.
Grantley Properties like Mukesh is built upon hard work, quality and commitment to deliver.
